These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Verda mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.
The App provides expense tracking, receipt scanning, voice input, missions, insights, and rewards. Features may change over time.
Points, missions, and rewards are promotional features. We may change, suspend, or discontinue rewards at any time. Points have no cash value and are not transferable unless explicitly stated.
You are responsible for any data you submit (including receipts and voice). Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
